Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our website. We value and respect the intellectual property rights of others, just as we expect others to respect our rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their representative can submit a takedown notice to us through our designated DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA against infringement claims.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- You must provide a signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
- Identify the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
- Provide information to help us locate the infringing material, including the URL of the page.
- Include your contact details like name, address, email, phone number, and fax number.
- State that you have a good faith belief that the material is used without authorization.
- Confirm that the information you provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for misrepresenting information in a copyright infringement notification. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for quick resolution.
Any copyright infringement claims received may be shared with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this communication process.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it restored. This notification must be in writing, containing your signature, description of the material, a statement of good faith belief, and your contact information.
Submit your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We adhere to the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy by keeping track of notices and terminating accounts of repeat infringers.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update our DMCA policy at any time. Please check back regularly for any changes.
